The second sales phase of the XLEO token starts today at 2:00 p.m. That means, that you have time until December 31, 2021, to buy XLEO through your Leondrino Wallet.
During the second sales phase, which is according Leondrino Standard called ICO phase, the offer is limited to 5% of the whole XLEO Token volume.
Currently, one XLEO costs EUR 0.45. However, the price per token will gradually increase during the sales phase. The prices and timing of the ICO phase are scheduled as follows:
During the ICO phase, the purchase via the Leondrino Platform is limited per user in accordance with the Leondrino Standard, namely to an equivalent value of EUR 250 per transaction and EUR 10,000 per month.

For bigger investments, accredited private investors as well as professional investors such as wealth managers, family offices VC funds, token funds or ICO funds can sign Leondrino Convertible Notes (loan with the option to convert into tokens after they are available for public trading) or Leondrino SAFT deals (purchase contract called simple agreement on future token). We will then send you a corresponding contract proposal. Depending on the amount invested, you may be offered an attractive discount on the purchase price.
